An outlaw biker and his “colors” declare membership in a particular club. Colors usually consist of a three-piece patch embroidered on a leather or denim jacket which contains the name of the club, the club’s logo, and the club’s location.

Hells Angels biker pleads not guilty in barroom br

SD - STURGIS -- A California man shot by an off-duty policeman at the Sturgis motorcycle rally pleaded not guilty to alternative charges of aggravated assault and simple assault. Joseph McGuire was shot and wounded during a brawl in a bar. The 33-year-old Hell's Angels biker is due back in court in November.
The county prosecutor said off-duty Seattle police officer Ronald Smith shot McGuire in self defense during a fight.

seattle - Perjury charges have been dismissed against a Seattle police detective who shot a member of the Hells Angels motorcycle club last month during the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota.
In late August, Smith was charged with aggravated assault and perjury after a two-day grand jury hearing by the Meade County, S.D., Circuit Court. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

Several hundred members of the notorious and sometimes violent motorcycle club are coming from all over the world for a meeting.
